IMPULSO receives the Empresario Siglo XXI award for women’s integration into the workplace and the reconciliation of work and family.
Centro Asturiano de Oviedo, in collaboration with the Asturian Federation of Entrepreneurs and the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Oviedo has presented Impulso Industrial Alternativo, S.A. with the Empresario Siglo XXI (21st Century Employer) award in recognition of its efforts to promote women’s integration into the workplace and the reconciliation of work and family life.
The award was accepted by our Managing Director, Avelino Suárez, in the presence of the Director General of Industry of Asturias – Gonzalo Pescador -, the President of FADE and Vice President of CEOE – Severino García Vigón – and the President of Centro Asturiano de Oviedo – Alfredo Canteli-, consolidating the recent recognition of IMPULSO as one of the “Best Workplaces in Spain, awarded by the Great Place To Work Institute.
In his acceptance speech, Suárez stated: The A good work environment forms the basis for successful teamwork. A good working atmosphere is a great way to stimulate innovation, and innovation is not only fundamental to providing our customers the good service they expect from us but also vital for growth. And achieving a good working atmosphere is where equality between men and women is essential.
