The goal is to promote the development of new technologies, the business application of new ideas and techniques, and contribute to the creation of new products and services.<\/p>\n<p>The submission period will be from January 15, 2025, until February 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Below, we summarize the  <strong>main characteristics<\/strong>  of these grants:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>PROGRAM OBJECTIVE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpodespusdetabla\">To finance projects in <b>cooperation between companies and research organizations<\/b> for the <b>joint execution<\/b> of <b>RD projects<\/b>, with the aim of promoting the development of new technologies, the business application of new ideas and techniques, and contributing to the creation of new products and services.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>BENEFICIARIES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Groups of companies and research organizations.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two entities: one public or private research organization and one company. The coordinator must always be a company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>PROJECT TYPES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experimental development<\/strong> projects carried out <strong>in cooperation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>PROJECT REQUIREMENTS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration: <\/strong>3 years, starting in 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incentive effect.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Competitive bidding.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Budget<\/strong>: \u20ac400,000 &#8211; \u20ac15M (minimum 10% per participant, minimum business sector 51%, maximum per company 70%).<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ELIGIBLE COSTS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Personnel costs<\/strong>. In the case of new, permanent hires of researchers with a doctoral degree dedicated to the project&#8217;s execution, this will be in the form of a grant (minimum annual gross salary of 28,500 euros).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Depreciation costs for apparatus and equipment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Costs of consumables, supplies, and similar products<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consulting<\/strong>: only for the leader, maximum \u20ac20,000\/project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Audit<\/strong>: maximum \u20ac2,500 per beneficiary entity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subcontracts<\/strong> (&lt; 50% project).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other direct costs<\/strong>: travel, patents, technical assistance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indirect costs <\/strong>(20% for companies or 25% for other entities, based on direct project expenses).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>TYPE AND INTENSITY OF AID<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Public research organizations: <\/strong>grant, repayable FEDER advance, or a combination of both, up to 100%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Public sector companies<\/strong>: grant of up to 40%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Private sector companies<\/strong>: loan of up to 95%.\n<ul>\n<li>Interest rate: 1-year Euribor, 10-year amortization with a 3-year grace period.<\/li>\n<li>Grant for personnel costs in case of hiring a doctor for project development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>GUARANTEES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Guarantees: <\/strong>beneficiary entities are exempt from submitting guarantees, except when the loan amount exceeds \u20ac2M per project. In this case, guarantees will be established for the amount of aid granted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expected payment<\/strong>: Aid in any form will always be paid in advance after the favorable grant resolution is issued.
