{"id":8324,"date":"2019-04-22T16:49:55","date_gmt":"2019-04-22T14:49:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.impulso.es\/el-idepa-abre-las-ayudas-a-la-id-en-el-ambito-del-programa-ris3-para-empresas-del-principado\/"},"modified":"2019-04-29T13:27:10","modified_gmt":"2019-04-29T11:27:10","slug":"el-idepa-abre-las-ayudas-a-la-id-en-el-ambito-del-programa-ris3-para-empresas-del-principado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.impulso.es\/en\/el-idepa-abre-las-ayudas-a-la-id-en-el-ambito-del-programa-ris3-para-empresas-del-principado\/","title":{"rendered":"IDEPA opens the R &#038; D aids in the scope of the RIS3 Program for companies of Asturias"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;5\/6&#8243;][vc_empty_space el_class=&#8221;vc_hidden-sm vc_hidden-xs&#8221;]<div class=\"vntd-special-heading\"style=\"margin-bottom:px;\"><h1 class=\"header  font-secondary\" >IDEPA opens the R &amp; D aids<\/h1><div class=\"header-strips-one \" ><\/div><h2 class=\"description normal \" >in the scope of the RIS3 Program for companies of Asturias<\/h2><\/div>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1556536733177{margin-right: 20px !important;margin-left: 20px !important;padding-top: 20px !important;}&#8221;]IMPULSO is pleased to inform you that the <strong>Institute of Economic Development of the Principality of Asturias (IDEPA)<\/strong> has opened the 2019 call for aid for R &amp; D projects, which has a budget of \u20ac 4 Million, expandable by \u20ac 2 Million, with the purpose of financing <strong>R &amp; D Projects<\/strong> framed in the fields of specialization of Asturias <strong>RIS3<\/strong>, whose purpose is to <strong>obtain new products, processes or new or improved services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Below, we summarize the main characteristics of these aids:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>BENEFICIARIES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SMEs<\/strong> and <strong>large companies<\/strong> (excluding self-employed, C.B. and civil societies), with establishment <strong>in the Principality of Asturias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>TYPES OF PROJECTS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Industrial Research<\/strong> or <strong>Experimental Development<\/strong> Projects, both <strong>individual<\/strong> and <strong>cooperative<\/strong>, as well as <strong>technical feasibility studies<\/strong>. Two types of execution:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Modality 1. Projects developed directly by the company: <\/strong>Industrial research; Experimental development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modality 2. Projects outsourced entirely to an external R &amp; D provider: <\/strong>Industrial research; Experimental development; technical feasibility studies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIREMENT OF THE PROJECTS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start the project after<\/strong> the date of <strong>submission of the application<\/strong>. The <strong>end date<\/strong> of the project will be established in the concession resolution and<strong> in no case will exceed 12\/31\/2021<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Priority fields RIS Asturias: <strong>Advanced and sustainable materials<\/strong>; New <strong>production models<\/strong>; <strong>Supply, technology for networks<\/strong>; <strong>Agri-food<\/strong> market; <strong>Demographic aging<\/strong> and quality of life; Industrial <strong>pole<\/strong> of steel.<\/li>\n<li>The projects carried out by the beneficiary company in its <strong>establishment in Asturias<\/strong>, and its results must remain or have a tangible impact in the region.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>eligible amount<\/strong> in the same fiscal year may not exceed 50% of the turnover for the last financial year, except for companies incorporated in the previous two years.<\/li>\n<li>The eligible <strong>personnel costs<\/strong> may not exceed 50% of the personnel expenses of the last year closed, except for companies incorporated in the two previous years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>ELIGIBLE CONCEPTS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) <strong>Fixed assets (amortizations).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>b) <strong>Technical Staff\u00a0<\/strong>(contribution groups 1,2 y 3).<\/li>\n<li>c) <strong>Materials.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>d) <strong>External collaborations.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>e) <strong>Acquisition of patents.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Modality 1<\/strong>. The <strong>costs<\/strong> of sections <strong>d) and e)<\/strong> will be considered <strong>subcontracting<\/strong>. Subcontracting may amount to a <strong>maximum of 50% of the total eligible amount<\/strong> of the project. If that percentage is exceeded, only 50% will be considered eligible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modality 2<\/strong>. The <strong>eligible costs<\/strong> are <strong>exclusively<\/strong> those in <strong>section d)<\/strong>, corresponding to external collaboration with an external R &amp; D provider. The <strong>beneficiary<\/strong> must <strong>subcontract 100% of the eligible costs with that supplier<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>TYPE AND INTENSITY OF GRANT<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-repayable grant,<\/strong> the maximum amount of which depends on the type of project and the size of the company:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8353 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.impulso.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/otra-tabla-300x88.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"177\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.impulso.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/otra-tabla-300x88.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.impulso.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/otra-tabla-450x132.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.impulso.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/otra-tabla.jpg 584w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The intensity of aid in projects carried out in effective collaboration in which an SME participates can be increased by 5%, and if one of the participants is a patron of a Technology Center that has been subcontracted for the project, it can be increased by 5% additional.<\/p>\n<p>The projects will have a <strong>maximum eligible amount<\/strong> per company, as indicated:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modality 1: Maximun per project: 250.000 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>Modality 2: R&amp;D 200.000 euros; Feasibility studies: 50.000 euros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>total amount of aid received by a company<\/strong> in this call <strong>will not exceed \u20ac 800,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>SUBMISSION DEADLINE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Currently<strong> open, until 2:00 PM on 05\/06\/2019<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column css_animation=&#8221;left-to-right&#8221;
