Description

The project involves the installation of new machinery within a series of existing single-storey industrial buildings.

The industrial process to be implemented consists of the production of special aluminium-based alloys in wire rod form, intended for mechanical, electrical and welding applications within the aluminium processing industry.

The main modification to the existing facilities involves the installation of a new production line comprising three melting furnaces, a longitudinal rolling mill, and one or more furnaces for the heat treatment of the material produced within the industrial buildings.

The foundations have been specifically designed to support the different items of machinery and to safely transfer the resulting loads and forces to the ground.
