Impulso Ethical Channel
IMPULSO is firmly committed to regulatory compliance and has a solid culture of ethics and good corporate governance focused on the prevention and reprobation of anomalous conduct that does not comply with applicable regulations.
To this end, IMPULSO has formalized the ETHICAL CHANNEL as a tool that allows reporting, confidentially, complaints or irregularities relating to actions or omissions that may constitute breaches in accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on whistleblower protection and Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption.
Ethical channel is used to report breaches of regulations and to correct those detected. It is not a mailbox for requests, complaints, suggestions, etc., outside of regulatory compliance.
The management of all reports sent through the Ethics Channel will be governed by the principles of confidentiality, protection of personal data, information security, prohibition of retaliation against good faith reports and presumption of innocence of the reported person, as established in the Privacy Policy and Management Protocol of the ETHICAL CHANNEL.
