Description

This is an industrial-use building, attached to an existing one owned by another party, with which it does not share a structure but does share the enclosure, and where a state-of-the-art dry pickling line for steel coils will be installed.

The industrial warehouse building will house the production area, and will also contain storage for raw materials and finished products. Both the production and storage areas will be equipped with overhead cranes.

On the south façade is the most representative block: the office building, with changing rooms on the ground floor and offices and work areas on the first floor. It shares the vertical circulation core (stairs, lift and corridor) with the adjoining property.

Access to the facilities is from the south side of the plot. To the north of the plot runs the railway line, where a platform is planned for unloading raw materials (steel coils).
