The project consists of the adaptation of a warehouse area into a production space for fresh-cut fruit products.

Adaptation of floors with resin suitable for food-grade spaces and water drainage systems adapted to the machinery, partitions and ceilings in food-grade sandwich panels, and fire evacuation systems.

New plumbing and wastewater systems, industrial refrigeration installation, electricity, fire protection, gas networks, and waste extraction.
