It develops a new hotel concept, combining the idea of spending a holiday in a luxurious villa without losing the 24-hour assistance provided by hotels. It is therefore an exclusive villa for rent, with the distinctive feature of offering the same services as a hotel.

The functional programme is distributed over two levels. The villa has 2 suites and 2 fully equipped bedrooms with sea views on each floor. The large dining and living area, which opens onto spectacular views, is located on the ground floor; next to it is a more intimate dining room and a spacious living/games and TV room. The service areas are located at the rear of the villa, towards the access points. It also has two multipurpose spaces where events/meetings can be held in the case of corporate rentals, or leisure activities in the case of family stays. In addition, it has a swimming pool, barbecue, gym, bar, and exclusive gardens surrounded by palm trees and exotic plants with direct access to the sea.
