Convocatoria ANDALUCÍA: Ayudas a la inversión en instalaciones de generación de energía eléctrica y térmica con fuentes de energía renovable (IDAE)

Instituto para la Diversificación y Ahorro de la Energía – IDAE

At IMPULSO, we are pleased to inform you that the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, through the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE), will allocate €316 million to promote renewable installations for energy production, both thermal and electrical, throughout the national territory.

This aid programme is implemented through calls issued by IDAE in each autonomous community. It is already open in ANDALUSIA, and its purpose is to award, under a competitive tendering procedure, grants for investment projects in electricity generation installations using renewable energy sources (ELECTRICITY) or thermal energy production installations using renewable energy sources, including their management improvement and production optimisation equipment (THERMAL ENERGY).

Below is a summary of the main features of these grants:

BENEFICIARIES

Natural or legal persons, public or private (including energy service companies in the case of THERMAL ENERGY).

PROJECT TYPES

  • ELECTRICITY: investment projects in electricity generation installations using biogas, biomass, wind or solar photovoltaic energy, which may include investment actions to improve management and optimise production, enabling self-consumption and the integration of energy into local markets, included in the following types of installations:

TYPE AND INTENSITY OF AID

Non-repayable grant that IDAE may advance to the beneficiary by means of an upfront payment.

The amount of the aid granted will be set out in the procedure’s decision in terms of unit amount and total amount.

The aid intensity will be calculated based on the eligible budget substantiated by the applicant, the actual installed capacity, as well as a minimum unit contribution to be established depending on the type of action.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

The deadline for submitting applications is until 12:00 on 23 November 2020.

BUDGET ALLOCATION:

ELECTRICITY: €50,588,867.

THERMAL ENERGY: €73,700,000.
