  • The aid must have an incentive effect for the submitted project. The aid will be considered to have an incentive effect for projects started from February 1, 2020. For projects started before February 1, 2020, the aid will be considered to have an incentive effect if it is necessary to accelerate or expand the scope of the project; in such cases, aid can only be requested to cover additional costs related to acceleration efforts or scope expansion.
